Hi all,

I was every exciting to find this website last night. I went through all the topics until 3am this morning.

I'm considering move into a townhouse or semi from the village home I bought in the next few years when our family grows with new additions.

I misplaced my copies and would like to have a copy of each as back up for future purchase negotiations.

I called my RBC branch and they may able to provide p-1% for 5 yrs, I will keep everyone posted if I receive approval. I hope everyone can save a little bite
